Your profile

Profile is your own page, for every staff member. Open it from Profile at the bottom of the menu. It shows your Name, Email and Role under Account.

Weekly analytics digest

Staff whose role can open the Overview can turn on Email me the weekly digest. It is off until you turn it on, and saving shows “Preference saved.” Other roles see “Your role does not include analytics, so there is no digest for you.”

The email, “weekly analytics” with the dates it covers, arrives on Monday morning (from 08:00 in the store’s time zone) and compares last week, Monday to Sunday, with the week before:

• For each currency the store sold in: Sales (value of new orders) and Collected (net of refunds), with the change.
• New layaways, with the change.
• The number of overdue layaways and what is owed on them: layaways with no payment for over 30 days, as of the email.
• Top products: the five that earned the most.
• Alerts, when the store’s Include alerts in the weekly digest setting is on (see Settings); otherwise it is left out. With none active it says “No alerts this week.”

You get one digest a week. If your role loses access to analytics, the emails stop. Every email ends with a reminder that you can turn it off in your profile.
